C.L.A.S.S, Certified Leasing and Sales Specialists, is hired by owners or management companies of apartment communities to send one of our Leasing Specialists to their properties to increase their occupancy. Our Leasing Specialists live and work on an apartment community for 35-45 days and work 7 days a week while they are there. After their 45 days, the Leasing Specialists get 2 weeks off to do whatever they want and then they go on another assignment any where in the United States. Our Sales Specialists only focus on leasing apartments. This means that they take all incoming phone calls that are leasing related and all walk ins that come in that are interested in leasing a new home. The Leasing Specialist is not responsible for management activity or resident issues, we focus only on leasing and a small amount of marketing. Our advantage to working on the property is our 100% focus on leasing.


 


Responsibilities



  • Communicate knowledgably about clients’ properties to exceed performance benchmarks.
  • Answer leasing calls, record call results and document follow-up communication.
  • Create and distribute marketing materials.
  • Communicate effectively to develop and maintain strong client relationships with onsite staff.
  • Know available spaces, answer questions, overcome objections.
  • Excel in a professional, performance driven, fast and fun team environment



Our leasing specialists are highly motivated, high energy sales professionals with excellent closing skills, creative thinking, and the ability to enthusiastically communicate with prospects  in every conversation. Other skills include:


  • Demonstrated phone sales, leasing, and customer service skills

  • Extremely responsive, courteous, reliable, energetic, and upbeat
  • Strong attention to follow up techniques
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
